Oven Baked Fish

Oven Baked Fish
  • 1 lb fish filet
  • 1 TBSP lemon juice
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Preheat over to 375 degrees.
  2. Drizzle lemon juice and maple syrup over fresh or frozen/thawed fish filet and lightly salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Bake filet in shallow baking dish in oven for 10-12 minutes per inch of thickness, until fish is opaque and flakes easily.
