- 1 cup dry, uncooked quinoa
- 2 cups water
- Use 2 cups of water per 1 cup of dry uncooked quinoa. Combine water and quinoa in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer until quinoa is tender but chewy, about 15 minutes.
Larger amounts can be made ahead of time and stored in your refrigerator.
