Steamed Broccoli, Zucchini, Green Beans, Asparagus or Other Non-Starchy Vegetables
- fresh or frozen vegetables of your choice (broccoli, zucchini, green beans, etc.)
- Place fresh or frozen vegetables in steamer tray in medium lidded saucepan
- Put 1 inch of water into pan and cover.
- Heat on medium high heat until vegetables are crisp tender- time will vary depending on vegetable type and whether using fresh or frozen. Do not overcook.
